Indian Block Printing

An amazing video. The intricate work is just amazing, I do wonder if the craftsmanship has survived because other more modern things have not taken over their culture. The skill of these people is incredible, I wish that I had the time to develop and learn skills like those demonstrated. It would be so satisfying to be able to create such beautiful blocks and fabrics. I loved art when I was at school and created several lino prints. Something which I suppose uses a similar technique but requires less talent to make.

There are so many things I would like to learn there just doesn't seem enough hours in the day.
